Right of withdrawal

Food

Our food is freshly prepared after you order and can spoil quickly. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for it (Art. 59(1)(d) Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code).

An order can only be cancelled by phone on 0473 338724 (see Terms and conditions).

Sealed drinks

Drinks in sealed bottles or cans can be returned within 14 days of the day of delivery or pickup without giving any reason (withdrawal).

To withdraw, inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by e-mail to info@mannis-meran.com or by phone on +39 0473 338724. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14 days have expired.

Bring the unopened drinks to our restaurant (Via Enrico Toti 1, 39012 Merano, daily 17:30 to 22:00) within 14 days of your withdrawal, or send them back to this address at your own cost. We will refund the price of the returned drinks without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the drinks back. The delivery fee is only refunded if you withdraw from the entire order, which is not possible for food.

Opened drinks and drinks that have been mixed with other goods after delivery are excluded from withdrawal.

Wrong or faulty delivery

If something is missing or wrong with your order, please call us right away on +39 0473 338724. We will deliver the missing items or refund the amount. Your statutory warranty rights (Art. 128 et seq. Consumer Code) remain unaffected.
