Terms and conditions
1. Seller and scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Mannis Food Delivery website. The seller is Eder Thomas & Pineider Hannes S.r.l., Via Enrico Toti 1, 39012 Merano (BZ), Italy, phone +39 0473 338724, e-mail info@mannis-meran.com, VAT number (Partita IVA) IT03099540217.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The products on our website are an invitation to order. By clicking the order button at checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Before sending, you can check and correct your details in the cart and at checkout. You receive the confirmation with all order details by e-mail; you can view and save these terms on this page at any time. The contract languages are German, Italian and English.
If a product is not available, we will call you and offer an alternative or a refund.
An order can only be cancelled by phone on 0473 338724. Cancellations by e-mail, via the website or by any other means are not possible. Please call us as soon as possible so that we can still stop the preparation.
3. Prices and delivery fee
All prices are in euros and include VAT. We charge a delivery fee of €1.80 for every delivery, the same in all delivery areas. There is no delivery fee for pickup.
Minimum order value for deliveries:
- Merano, Algund, Marling: no minimum order
- Riffian, Kuens, Dorf Tirol, Schenna, Tscherms: €15.00
- Burgstall, Lana: €30.00
4. Delivery and pickup
We only deliver to the municipalities listed above. We accept orders daily from 17:30 to 22:00. The delivery and pickup times shown are estimates; delays may occur when we are busy or due to weather or traffic.
Please give a complete address and a phone number on which you can be reached. If we cannot hand over the order because of a wrong address or because you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to charge for the food prepared.
For pickup, your order will be ready at the chosen time at our restaurant at Via Enrico Toti 1, 39012 Merano.
5. Payment
You can pay in cash on delivery or pickup, by card at the restaurant, or online with PayPal or by credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe). The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
6. Alcohol
We only sell alcoholic drinks to persons aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. ID may be requested on delivery. Without proof we will not hand over the alcoholic drinks and will refund their price.
7. Allergens
Information on allergens and additives is available before you order by calling +39 0473 338724. All 14 major allergens are handled in our kitchen; we cannot rule out traces.
8. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for freshly prepared food. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to sealed drinks. Details can be found on the Right of withdrawal page.
9. Complaints and warranty
If something is missing or wrong with your order, please call us right away on +39 0473 338724. We will deliver the missing items or refund the amount. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. You can also send complaints by e-mail to info@mannis-meran.com.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
How we process your data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. For disputes with consumers, the court at the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction (Art. 66-bis Consumer Code).
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
